Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peach slices (peeled)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Add frozen peach slices, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer sorbet.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping if frozen solid.
