Description

This creamy and refreshing 3-ingredient peach sorbet is the ultimate summer dessert! Made with frozen peaches, yogurt, and a hint of sweetener, it’s a healthy, no-churn treat you can whip up in just minutes using a blender or food processor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen peach slices (peeled)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen peach slices, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer sorbet.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping if frozen solid.

Notes

Peach tip: Use ripe peaches that were frozen at peak ripeness for the best flavor.

Sweetener tip: Start with 2 tablespoons and increase if your peaches aren’t super sweet.

Yogurt alternatives: Coconut yogurt or cashew yogurt works great for a dairy-free version.

Storage: Keep in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Add-ins: Try adding a squeeze of lemon juice, vanilla extract, or fresh mint for an extra flavor boost.
