Description

This festive and healthy fruit platter is arranged to look like the American flag using strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt-covered pretzels. Perfect for 4th of July celebrations, it’s quick to make, fun to serve, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1½ cups yogurt-covered pretzels

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Slice strawberries in half lengthwise.
  3. Place a small bowl in the top-left corner of your platter and fill it with blueberries to represent the “stars” section of the flag.
  4. Arrange alternating rows of strawberries and yogurt-covered pretzels across the rest of the tray to form the flag’s stripes.
  5. Adjust spacing and rows for visual balance and symmetry.
  6. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

For added variety, substitute raspberries or cherries for strawberries.

Use gluten-free yogurt pretzels if needed.

Assemble the platter just before serving for best appearance and texture.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep pretzels separate if you want them to stay crunchy.
