  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz)
  • Frosting
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened (8 oz))
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)
  • Topping
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Press the sugar cookie dough into an even layer on a round pizza pan or rectangular sheet pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Make the frosting: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  4. Assemble the pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Decorate the flag:
  6. Create red stripes using rows of raspberries.
  7. Pipe or spoon frosting between each row to make white stripes.
  8. Arrange blueberries in the upper-left corner to represent the stars section.
  9. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing and serving for best results.
