Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples and walnuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
