- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Combine apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in bowl.
- Mix oats, flour, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle apple mixture over cheesecake, then oat topping.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
