Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. In a blender, combine rice, cinnamon stick, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving over ice.
