Description

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter or glass.
  3. Press tortilla rounds into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
