Ingredients

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Press tortilla rounds into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Mix avocado, black beans, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Fill taco cups with the mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Store leftover filling separately from taco cups.
