Ingredients

- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Peel and mash the avocados in a bowl.
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the avocado.
- Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve on toast or with crackers.
