- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beer (or soda water)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
Instructions
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add beer and whisk until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip fish fillets in the batter and fry until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise and lime juice for the sauce.
- Warm tortillas.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, cilantro, avocado, and pico de gallo.
- Drizzle with sauce.
