Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top each breast with mozzarella slices.
