- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread the BBQ chickpeas evenly over the flatbreads.
- Top with red onion, cilantro, and vegan cheese if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve immediately.
