Ingredients
Fresh peaches

Instructions
1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour, salt, and cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add ice water to form a dough and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish.
3. Combine sliced peaches and blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Pour the fruit filling into the crust.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the pie for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
6. Let the pie cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a flaky crust, handle the dough gently and chill before rolling.
