Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- Steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs (or egg substitute), salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli and cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.
