Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the bites with oil before baking.
- Serve with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.
