Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated florets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
