A simple and delicious cheesy broccoli bake that makes a perfect side dish or light meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add milk, salt, and pepper to the saucepan, stirring well.
- Layer broccoli in a baking dish and pour the milk mixture over it.
- Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use frozen broccoli if fresh isn’t available.
- Add cooked chicken for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
