- 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lime juice, and honey.
- Add shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes first).
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
