Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour for easier handling.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on the baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
