A delicious no-bake treat combining chocolate and sunflower butter for a healthy, nut-free alternative to peanut butter cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
- Spoon 1 tsp melted chocolate into each liner, spreading to coat the bottom.
- Freeze for 5 minutes to set.
- Mix sunflower butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon 1/2 tsp sunflower mixture over each chocolate base.
- Top with remaining melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
Notes
- Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Use dairy-free chocolate for vegan version.
- Add sea salt flakes on top for extra flavor.
