Description

A delicious no-bake treat combining chocolate and sunflower butter for a healthy, nut-free alternative to peanut butter cups.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
  3. Spoon 1 tsp melted chocolate into each liner, spreading to coat the bottom.
  4. Freeze for 5 minutes to set.
  5. Mix sunflower butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Spoon 1/2 tsp sunflower mixture over each chocolate base.
  7. Top with remaining melted chocolate.
  8. Freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
