Soft and chewy blondies with a swirl of cinnamon sugar for a cinnamon roll twist.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and granulated sugar.
- Spread half the blondie batter in the pan. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Add the remaining batter, then top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use room-temperature eggs for even mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep blondies soft.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
