- 4 cups cubed cinnamon rolls (about 6–8 rolls)
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Place cubed cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the cubed cinnamon rolls. Press down lightly to ensure all pieces are soaked.
- Let sit for 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old cinnamon rolls for best texture.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
