Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter (for coating)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Brush warm puffs with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the batter.
- Use mini muffin tins for bite-sized puffs.
