- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange bread cubes evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture over the bread, pressing down to soak.
- Layer apple slices on top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Drizzle melted butter over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use day-old bread for better texture.
- Can be prepped the night before and baked in the morning.
