Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 6 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon (reserving a little for topping), and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with reserved bacon and parsley before serving.
