Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 prepared pie crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst.
  3. Spread cranberry mixture in the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture over cranberries in pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before serving.
