Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt to form the crust. Press into a tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
- Spread cranberry jam over the crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios evenly.
- Mix melted chocolate with orange zest and heavy cream. Pour over the tart.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
