Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine lemon juice and sugar. Blend until sugar dissolves.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour in cold water and blend briefly to mix.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste for preferred sweetness.
- For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with whipped coconut cream.
- Best served fresh; separation may occur if stored.
