Description
Crispy Brussels sprouts cooked in an air fryer and topped with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze. A perfect Thanksgiving side dish.

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sprouts in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway, until crispy.
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard in small bowl.
- Drizzle glaze over cooked sprouts and serve immediately.
Notes
- Trim stems and remove outer leaves for best texture.
- Don’t overcrowd air fryer basket.
