Description

Crispy Brussels sprouts cooked in an air fryer and topped with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze. A perfect Thanksgiving side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place sprouts in air fryer basket in single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway, until crispy.
  5. Whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard in small bowl.
  6. Drizzle glaze over cooked sprouts and serve immediately.
