Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Combine melted chocolate with the pumpkin mixture until smooth.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
