Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, combine sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly.
- Add pecans and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread pecans on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Let cool completely before serving or storing.

- For extra crunch, bake at 300°F for 10 minutes after coating.
