Simple and fresh Caprese Skewers perfect for appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash cherry tomatoes and pat dry.
- Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry.
- Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange skewers on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use toothpicks or small skewers for bite-sized portions.
- Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours.
