Description

Simple and fresh Caprese Skewers perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash cherry tomatoes and pat dry.
  2. Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry.
  3. Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Arrange skewers on a serving plate.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Use toothpicks or small skewers for bite-sized portions.
  • Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours.
