This Easy Chicken Club Pasta Salad is packed with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and tender pasta tossed in a creamy dressing. Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked penne pasta (or bowtie/farfalle)
- 2 cups grilled chicken breast (sliced)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine or green leaf lettuce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (chopped (optional garnish))
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheddar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra black pepper, if desired.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately.
