Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Separate egg yolks from whites.
- Whisk yolks with sugar until pale.
- Fold melted chocolate into yolk mixture.
- Whip cream to soft peaks.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Gently fold cream and egg whites into chocolate mix.
- Divide into serving cups and chill for 4 hours.
