Easy, bite-sized appetizers with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 4 oz brie cheese (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a small cube of brie in the center of each square.
- Top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce and a pinch of rosemary.
- Fold the pastry corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use store-bought puff pastry to save time.
- Brie can be substituted with camembert.
- Add a sprinkle of chopped pecans for extra crunch.
