- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine pineapple, red bell pepper, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, honey, and salt.
- Pour dressing over pineapple mixture and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

- For a spicier salsa, leave jalapeño seeds in.
