- 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 50g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the salad greens, then arrange them on a serving plate.
- Quarter the figs and scatter them over the greens.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat’s cheese and chopped pistachios evenly over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
- Toss lightly if desired, or serve as is.
