Description

A refreshing and elegant salad combining sweet figs, creamy goat’s cheese, and crunchy pistachios for a perfect balance of flavors and textures.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
  • 50g shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the salad greens, then arrange them on a serving plate.
  2. Quarter the figs and scatter them over the greens.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled goat’s cheese and chopped pistachios evenly over the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
  6. Toss lightly if desired, or serve as is.
