Instructions
- Combine diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix gently to combine all ingredients.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Notes
- For a milder salsa, remove all jalapeño seeds.
- Use ripe but firm mangoes for best texture.
