Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
