- 500g potato gnocchi
- 100g unsalted butter
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sage leaves and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

- Use fresh sage for the best flavor.
- Do not overcook the gnocchi.
- For extra richness, brown the butter slightly before adding sage.
