- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Fold in the pistachios and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
