- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, red onion, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, pepper, and feta cheese.
- Form into 4 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make tzatziki sauce.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with patties, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for best results.
- Drain excess liquid from grated cucumber to prevent soggy sauce.
- Let patties rest for 2-3 minutes before serving for juicier burgers.
