Description

Juicy turkey burgers seasoned with Greek flavors, topped with homemade tzatziki sauce for a refreshing twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, red onion, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, pepper, and feta cheese.
  2. Form into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make tzatziki sauce.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Assemble burgers with patties, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
  8. Serve immediately.
