- 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled.
- Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.
