Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill corn, turning occasionally, until charred on all sides (about 10 minutes).
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush grilled corn with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Sprinkle with cotija cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper.
