Description

A simple yet delicious dessert featuring grilled peaches topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Grill the peaches cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
  6. Place two peach halves in each serving bowl.
  7. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with mint if desired.
