Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Spread dough evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely.
  7. In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
  8. Spread frosting over cooled bars and add sprinkles. Cut into squares.
