Instructions

- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir until boiling.
- Let boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
- Pour mixture over popcorn. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
