Make your own crunchy, cheesy goldfish crackers at home with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cheese, butter, flour, salt, and garlic powder in a food processor. Pulse until crumbly.
  3. Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together.
  4. Roll dough out thinly on a floured surface. Cut into small fish shapes using a cookie cutter.
  5. Place crackers on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
