- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce into the pan and stir to coat the chicken.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
- Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
