Instructions

- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, mozzarella, jalapeños, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
