- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the turkey breast and pound to an even thickness.
- Sauté onions, celery, carrots, and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Mix vegetables with breadcrumbs, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Spread stuffing evenly over turkey breast.
- Roll tightly and tie with kitchen twine.
- Place in roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast for 60-75 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
